Extraire les tableaux d'un PDF en Excel (.xlsx)
This tool converts PDF files to Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx) directly in your browser. It detects tables, structured data, and numeric content from your PDF and maps them into editable Excel rows and columns, ready to sort, filter, and analyze in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Calc.
Your files never leave your device. The entire conversion happens locally using JavaScript, no server upload, no cloud processing, no account required. Close the tab when you're done and nothing persists anywhere.
The most common use cases in 2026: extracting financial statements from bank or accounting PDFs to run calculations in Excel; pulling product or pricing tables out of supplier catalogs sent as PDFs; converting exported reports from SaaS tools (analytics dashboards, CRM exports, invoicing platforms) that only offer PDF output, back into editable data so you can work with it.
It depends on the scan. If the PDF contains a selectable text layer, meaning you can click and highlight text in it, the converter can extract that data. Purely image-based scans (a photo of a document with no text layer) require OCR processing, which this tool does not perform. For those files, you'll need an OCR tool first to generate a searchable PDF, then convert to Excel.
The tool reconstructs table structure from the PDF's layout data, rows, columns, and cell boundaries. For PDFs with clearly defined tables, the Excel output is usually clean and ready to use. Complex multi-column layouts or merged cells may require minor cleanup after conversion. Formatting like fonts and colors is not transferred, since the goal is functional data, not visual replication.
There is no hard server-side file size limit because there is no server involved. The practical limit depends on your device's RAM and browser. Most PDFs up to 50–100 MB convert without issues on a standard laptop. Very large PDFs with hundreds of dense pages may slow down or require a few seconds longer to process.
Nothing is stored. The file is loaded into browser memory during conversion and released when you close or refresh the tab. iSharePDF does not collect, log, or retain any uploaded content. There are no accounts, no history, and no telemetry tied to your documents.
PDF is a presentation format designed for printing, it stores visual positions of elements, not structured data relationships. Converting to Excel means reconstructing the underlying data structure from positional clues. If the original PDF was generated from software that embedded table metadata, results are accurate. If it was created by printing from a web page or exporting from certain apps, the table structure may be implicit and harder to parse perfectly. In that case, a small amount of manual adjustment in Excel is normal.
