How to annotate a PDF with iSharePDF — 5 steps
- Open the tool. Go to /app/tools/annotate or click the Chrome extension icon while a PDF is open in your browser.
- Load your file. Drag and drop your PDF onto the canvas, or click "Open file" to browse your device. No size limit is enforced client-side for most standard documents.
- Choose an annotation type. Select from the toolbar: highlight (yellow, green, pink), text comment, freehand drawing, or shape (rectangle, arrow). Click or drag on the page to apply.
- Edit or delete annotations. Click any existing annotation to reposition it, change its colour, edit the comment text, or remove it entirely — changes are reflected instantly.
